Shipping

Incoming shipping charges are established by our suppliers and may be based on total price of your order. Large or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be able to be calculated until the final invoice is prepared. ckorder status may not be known until the order is placed with the supplier. You will be notified of the backorder status as soon as it is discovered so that you can choose to cancel or change your order.

Returns

No cash refunds will be given.  Exchange only, and only if we order a part in error.  If you made the error, we cannot accept a return.  Any approved returns must be made within 10 days of the original customer receipt date.  Returns must be in new, uninstalled condition in original packaging. Electrical parts cannot be returned for any reason. Warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.  There is no warranty on labor charges for faulty/warranty parts.  Customer pays all return shipping charges plus applicable restocking charges.

Payment Methods

Cash is the preferred form of payment.

Mistakenly posted prices on the website or social media do not obligate us to those incorrect prices. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.

Services must be paid in full and bikes picked up within 5 days of completion unless other arrangements are authorized by American V-Twin, LLC in advance.  Bikes not picked up within 5 days will be subject to storage fees at the rate of $25 per day.
